COMMUNICABLE DISEASE CASE INFORMATION SYSTEM

The CDCIS System is a secure, web browser-based data entry and management application for use inside and outside of Health Departments.  It is our goal for CDCIS to be a complete Communicable Disease System, providing the data gathering and reporting for all Communicable Diseases.
